By accessing or using the Resolo platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Resolo provides an AI-powered customer support platform that enables businesses to manage conversations across multiple channels. The Service includes AI agents, analytics, campaign management, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
